I believe that this will not be the push the eomncoy needs to come out of this recession. I believe the main focus should be opening up jobs and getting people back to work. They should spend the money on infrastructures, roads, and bridges to create jobs so that people would be more willing to spend the money that they make to help boost the eomncoy. In this day in age people are holding the money incase of a life event so that they will have a cusion to fall back on.
