Shari, A neutral place, in terms or not being ortineed either way on any of the issues, and not moderating certain comments, while allowing others. Anytime people are allowed to express their opinions in an atmosphere such as this, you are bound to get some people that do not agree. As for the vote tampering, that will be taken care of on my end, and I will do my best to keep the polls accurate. Unfortunately, that is the nature of the web, and these are not intended to be a replacement for actual voting, but something to help judge the opinions of the public. I did not want to require registration for voting, but if people keep attempting to change the results in their favor, then that is what will have to happen.
