Personally, I wish The Greens did have a policy of iniodructng a legal heroin regime, but that doesn't change the dishonest and malicious motivation behind Dowling's claims.There is simply no good reason why the state could not distinguish between contraband heroin and state supplied heroin supplied through audited and licenced dealers to those who could be registered as users and prevented from double dipping or sub-dealing though a connected database.It is time we had a legal regime for almost all the drugs in current circulation.
