Interesting point I saw today in one of the newsletters I sbcsbriue to. The gulf states are literally awash in cash. They are getting tens of billions of dollars a week with oil prices as high as they are. More money than their investment managers can even begin to think about how to invest. That money is going to have to go somewhere. Where do you think it will go?
